Sourdough baker

Hands on with naturally leavened dough made from our stoneground, fresh-milled flour. We are looking for a baker who shares our values: real bread, from grain we grow and mill ourselves.

Pour Silín coffee and look after the PLÚR counter at Joyce's on Friday and Saturday.
