Roasted where
it's poured.

Every Silín coffee is small batch: we roast 1.5kg at a time in Borris, then let it rest before it goes on the bar. Our coffees are roasted to be versatile, bringing out the best in both espresso and filter brewing. By striking a balance between sweetness, clarity and body, an omni roast lets the coffee's character shine, whether you're pulling a clean espresso, brewing a V60 or making a smooth French press.

We're tasting

Caramel · Citrus · Red Fruit

Our current Kenya offers caramel sweetness, lively citrus acidity, and red fruit notes carried through a clean, juicy finish.

Roasted as a modern omni-roast, it is designed to perform beautifully whether brewed as espresso, filter, or enjoyed with milk. As an Americano, it offers sweetness and clarity with a refreshing fruit character. As filter, the cup opens into layered citrus and berry notes with a balanced sweetness that lingers long after the final sip.

Approachable yet distinctive, this is a coffee built for everyday drinking while still offering the complexity that rewards slowing down and paying attention.
