Privacy policy
We keep as little information as we can, for as short a time as we can.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the details of what you ordered. Payment is handled by our payment provider, so card numbers never reach us.
Why we use it
To take payment, prepare your order, tell you when it is ready for collection, and keep the records a business is required to keep.
Who handles it with us
Our online shop runs on Shopify, which processes orders and payments on our behalf. Payment providers handle card data. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Email and Instagram
We only email you about your order unless you ask us to add you to a list. You can unsubscribe at any time. Messages you send us on Instagram stay on Instagram and follow its own policy.
Cookies
The shop uses the cookies it needs to keep your basket and checkout working. We do not run advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Anything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email us and we will sort it out. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
