Terms of service
Plain terms for a small bakery. If anything here is unclear, ask us at the pop-up or send a message on @plurbakery.
Orders
Placing an order through this site is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is taken. If something we bake or mill sells out, we will contact you and refund the item in full.
Collection only
Flour, bread and coffee are collection only for now. Orders are collected at the pop-up at Joyce's Bar & Grocery, Main St, Borris, Co. Carlow during opening hours. We hold uncollected orders for seven days.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable against anything we sell, in person or online. They are not exchangeable for cash and are valid for the period shown on the card.
Returns
Food and freshly roasted coffee are perishable, so they cannot be returned once collected. If anything is not right, tell us on the day or email us and we will make it good.
Allergens
We bake with wheat and work in a small space where gluten is always present. We cannot guarantee any product is free from a given allergen. Ask us at the counter for the details of a specific bake.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Irish consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
