Our immersion coffee bags are designed to make good coffee effortless. Like a tea bag, but filled with carefully roasted and ground Silín coffee. Simply add hot water, let it steep, and enjoy.

Whether you're travelling, at work, or taking a quiet moment away, a good cup of coffee is always within reach.

Each bag contains 15g of specialty coffee, roasted by us at Plúr in Borris, Co. Carlow.

The immersion method allows the coffee to brew gently, bringing out its natural sweetness, clarity and character. No grinder, filters or brewing equipment required.

A little about the coffee

We select coffees for their sweetness, balance and distinctive character. From bright, fruit-forward lots to softer, comforting profiles, each release offers something different.

The coffee may change. The care stays the same.

How to brew

1. Place one coffee bag in your favourite mug.

2. Add 220ml of hot water, just off the boil.

3. Let it steep for 4–5 minutes, gently moving the bag to help the coffee brew.

4. Remove the bag and enjoy.

Steep a little longer for a fuller cup, or add a little more water for something lighter.
