Refreshing Your Bread
TO REFRESH YOUR LOAF FOR A CRISP CRUST
Lightly spray the exterior of the loaf with water or quickly run loaf under a running tap. Alternatively, use a shallow pan of hot water to generate steam inside your oven.
Place loaf inside a preheated 180c degree oven, directly on the rack, and allow to heat for 10 minutes. Cool before slicing.
FROM THE FREEZER
The night before use, allow loaf to thaw on the counter at room temperature. Follow the directions as above. If refreshing directly from the freezer, allow the loaf to refresh in the oven for 30-45 minutes until crisp to the touch.
