Our Bellwether roaster allows us to roast coffee entirely on-site using all-electric, zero-emission technology. The result is consistency, cleaner production, and coffees that express their origin with remarkable clarity.

Our current Rwanda roast highlights everything we love about exceptional East African coffees: delicate florals, citrus lift, and remarkable clarity. Expect fragrant notes of bergamot and honeysuckle, supported by a refined black tea structure and a clean, elegant finish.
Roasted as a modern omni-roast, it shines as both filter coffee and espresso, producing a bright, aromatic cup with a tea-like character that remains balanced and approachable in milk. Floral, citrus-driven, and endlessly drinkable.

We’re big fans of keeping things fresh and reducing waste. If you have an Airscape® canister (or any other container of choice), bring it to the bakery bar. We’ll refill it with our current roast and give you €1 off your refill.
