At Silín, we focus on crafting small batches of coffee, roasting no more than 900g per batch each week. Our light roasts are designed to bring out the unique flavours and natural complexity of each bean, making every sip a little adventure. Plus, all our roasts are omni – perfect for both espresso and filter, so you can enjoy them however you like. Roasted on our trusty Allio Bullet Roaster, each batch is a fun journey from bean to cup!

⚠️ Please note: Our coffee is roasted in close proximity to our flour mill, so it is not suitable for those with gluten sensitivities.

Brazil Pulped Natural – Maria Clara Santana

This pulped natural Yellow Catuai from Maria Clara Santana de Carvalho is a sweet, fruit-forward Brazilian with layers of complexity. Grown in the rolling hills of Fazenda Pedra Grande and processed with care, it delivers a vibrant profile that works beautifully across espresso and filter.

Think juicy red berries and crisp apple, with sugar cane sweetness and a hint of ripe banana. The cup is rounded by a creamy body and finishes with soft cocoa and citrus brightness. Silky and clean as filter, jammy-sweet and balanced in espresso, and smooth yet lively in milk.
